From there I design a scalable architecture: shared components instead of duplicated logic, clean integrations between your systems, and error handling and monitoring built in so failures surface fast rather than silently. Where AI genuinely adds value, I bring in the right models rather than bolting AI onto everything for its own sake. Then, because deployment is where automation projects usually stall, I work directly with your cross-functional teams to integrate, test in real conditions, and roll out with the change management that gets people actually using it. Everything is documented and handed over, so the system keeps reducing repetitive work as you grow and your team is never dependent on one person to keep it alive.
